Gel for the relief of symptoms related to mild venous insufficiency of the lower extremities.

It is a venotonic medicine that increases the tone of the veins and the resistance of the capillaries. It is therefore indicated for the relief of symptoms related to mild venous insufficiency of the lower limbs, such as pain, sensation of heaviness, tightness, tingling and itching in legs with varicose veins or swollen legs.
Intended for use in adults over 18 years of age.
The recommended dose is as follows: apply 3 or 4 centimetres of gel on the affected area, 2-3 times a day.
Do not use Venosmil gel:
In children under 18 years of age.
If you are allergic to hydrosmin or any of the components of this medicine.
If you have skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema or urticaria, not on mucous membranes, irritated skin areas or wounds.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding are not recommended without consulting a doctor, as there is insufficient data on the use of this medicine in these circumstances.
Venosmil Gel may cause side effects, as with all medicines. This does not mean that all people will experience them. In this case, hypersensitivity reactions to hydrosmin or to some of the excipients and rash and itching of the skin in the area of application have been observed.
Each gram of Venosmil Gel contains 20 mg of hydrosmin.
Excipients: carbomer, triethanolamine, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216) and distilled water.
Venosmil gel is a medicine in the form of a clear gel. It is very easy to apply: simply apply to the affected area and massage gently to help the product to be absorbed.
It is recommended to follow a healthy diet rich in fibre, abundant hydration, specific physical exercise and routines that improve circulation and venous return, together with cold water baths on the legs.
