It is a rectal ointment with anti-inflammatory and local anaesthetic action that is used to relieve and treat the pain and itching ofinternal and external haemorrhoids, as well as anal fissures, relieving their symptoms.
It comes in a convenient 30g pack.
Suitable for use in adults over 18 years of age.
Apply 1-2 times a day.
Do not use Proctolog:
In children under 18 years of age.
In case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the excipients.
Like all medicines, Proctolog may cause side effects, but this does not mean that everybody will experience them. In this case, itching has been observed.
Proctolog contains 0.5 g Ruscogenin and 5.8 g Trimebutinas active substances. The excipients are: polyhydroxy ethylene glycol stearate, semi-synthetic glycerides, paraffin oil, nipagin, nipasol, distilled water, q.s.
This medicine is supplied with an applicator for easy administration.
The area should be treated gently to avoid aggravation and irritation.
Clean the affected area carefully with a mild soap, dry it without rubbing and apply the ointment using a clean gauze pad.
