It is a rectal ointment with local anaesthetic action for the relief of haemorrhoids in adults, thanks to its exclusive formula with benzocaine and ephedrine.

Intended for use in adults seeking relief from the pain, itching or stinging caused by haemorrhoids.
Apply a small amount of Hemoal Forte ointment morning and night on the affected anal area, previously washed and dried, using the tip of the finger. Wash hands after each application.
In case of use inside the anal canal, screw the cannula onto the tube and carefully insert a small amount of product inside. Remove and wash the cannula after each application.
Normal daily use is about 3 to 4 times a day. In total, treatment should not last more than 7 days, so consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve within this time.

Each gram of Hemoal Forte ointment contains 60 ml of benzocaine and 2 ml of ephedrine as the main active ingredients. The other excipients are: zinc oxide, white petrolatum and acetylated lanolin alcohols.
Hemoal Forte for haemorrhoids is a medicine that uses the synergy of an anaesthetic and a vasoconstrictor to relieve the typical symptoms of this ailment such as itching and stinging in adults.
We recommend scrupulous hygiene of the area, especially after each bowel movement. It is best to use warm water and soap, although you can also use specific wipes. Once the area is clean, apply a thin layer every 8 hours.
