Hemoal Forte is a rectal cream for haemorrhoids formulated with local anaesthetic action, thanks to its formula with benzocaine and ephedrine.
It comes in a convenient 50 g pack.
Intended for use in adults seeking relief from pain, itching or stinging caused by haemorrhoids.
Apply a small amount of Hemoal Forte ointment morning and night on the affected anal area, previously washed and dried, using the tip of the finger. Wash hands after each application.
If used with a cannula, carefully insert a small amount of product inside the cannula. Remove and wash the cannula after each application.
Normal daily use is about 3 or 4 times a day. In total, treatment should not last more than 7 days, so consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve within this time.

Each gram of Hemoal Forte Ointment contains 60 ml of benzocaine and 2 ml of ephedrine as the main active ingredients. The other excipients are: zinc oxide, white petrolatum and acetylated lanolin alcohols.
Hemoal Forte cream is a medicine that uses the synergy of an anaesthetic and vasoconstrictor properties to relieve the typical symptoms of haemorrhoids such as itching and stinging in adults.
We recommend scrupulous hygiene of the area, especially after each bowel movement. It is best to use warm water and soap, although you can also use specific wipes. Once the area is clean, apply a thin layer every 8 hours.
