Tablets for the treatment of symptoms of mild venous insufficiency.

It is a venotonic medicine, i.e. it has the capacity to increase the tone of the veins and the resistance of the capillaries or small blood vessels, which is why it is used in mild venous insufficiency.
It comes in a convenient 60-tablet format.
Suitable for use in adults over 18 years of age.
Take orally.
Take two doses, one at midday or lunch, one tablet and the next at dinner, another tablet, two a day, and ideally take it for up to 2 or 3 months.
Do not take Venoruton 500 mg tablets:
If you are allergic to the active substance of Venoruton or any of the ingredients of this medicine.
If you are under 18 years of age.
Pregnancy, breast-feeding is not recommended without consulting a doctor.
Venoruton may cause side effects, as is the case with all medicines on the market. Specifically, the following have been observed:
Frequent: Some cases of mild digestive disorders have been reported: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and dyspepsia (difficult digestion).
Rare: headache, malaise, dizziness. Skin reactions have been reported: rash, pruritus, urticaria.

The active substance of Venorutom is the purified and micronised flavonoid fraction (500 mg per tablet), containing diosmin (450 mg) and other flavonoids expressed as hesperidin (50 mg).The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose (E460i), gelatin, sodium starch glycolate (potato starch), talc (E553b), magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulphate (potato starch), talc (E553b), magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulphate and orange opadry (E553b).and opadry orange (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464), glycerol, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172), iron oxide red (E172), polyethylene glycol 6000, magnesium stearate).
Venoruton tablets, formerly called Flebikern, is a medicine formulated with diosmin, with venotonic activity, which improves the resistance of small vessels or capillaries. It is therefore useful in managing situations of patients with heaviness, tingling, cramps, itching or swelling in the legs.
A healthy diet rich in fibre and abundant hydration, exercise that activates circulation and adequate rest each day are recommended.
