It is a medicine formulated with bencinamide as the active ingredient, which has anti-inflammatory properties. It is used to relieve temporary sore throat, irritation or pain when swallowing.

Suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Apply 1-3 sprays a day for 4-6 days.
Do not use Tantum Verde Oral Spray in children under 12 years of age.
This medicine is contraindicated in patients who have had stomach and intestinal ulcers, as well as in patients suffering from heart, liver or kidney diseases.
Pregnancy and lactation: a doctor should be consulted.
Do not eat or drink for 1 hour after taking this medicine.
This medicine contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate (may cause allergic reactions).

Frequent adverse reactions: photosensitivity, stinging, dry mouth.
Very frequent adverse reactions: Dizziness, headache, throat irritation, sore throat, headaches.
The active substance in Tantum Verde Mouth Spray Solution is benzydamine. Specifically, each spray contains 0.51 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride. The other ingredients are: ethanol 96%, glycerol, macrogolglycerol 40 hydroxystearate, peppermint flavouring, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E-218), saccharin sodium and purified water.
Tantum verde mouth spray solution comes as a colourless solution with a minty smell and taste.
It is very easy to use. Simply insert the cannula into the mouth and spray towards the back of the throat.
Do not eat or drink for one hour after applying this medicine. Do not use this treatment for more than 3 days without a doctor's prescription.
