Strefen Spray 8.75 mg per Dose 15 ml

It is a medicine in the form of a mouth spray solution formulated with flurbiprofen, an active ingredient with anti-inflammatory properties that is indicated for the treatment of throat conditions such as pain, irritation, inflammation and difficulty in swallowing.

It comes in a 15 ml bottle.

Suitable for use in adults over 18 years of age.

Apply 3 times every 3-6 hours, up to a maximum of 5 times a day.

Do not use Strefen Spray:

• In children under 18 years of age.
• If you are allergic to flurbiprofen or to any of the NSAIDs, or if you have suffered an allergic reaction after taking an anti-inflammatory.
• If you suffer or have suffered from stomach ulcers, if you suffer from high blood pressure or any intestinal, heart, kidney or liver disease.
• If you are pregnant and have not previously consulted a doctor.
• Breast-feeding.

• Do not drink alcohol during treatment, as this may increase the risk of bleeding in the stomach or intestine.
• Contains methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate and fragrances, may cause allergic reactions.

Like all medicines, Strefen Spray may cause side effects, as listed below:

• Frequent: hypersensitivity, allergy such as shortness of breath, skin rashes, itching....
• Very frequent: Dizziness, headache, throat irritation, mouth ulcers, mouth discomfort.

The active ingredients of Strefen Spray are: flurbiprofen. One dose (3 sprays) contains 8.75 mg flurbiprofen. One spray contains 2.92 mg flurbiprofen. 1 ml of oral spray solution contains 17.16 mg flurbiprofen.

The other excipients are: betadex, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, citric acid monohydrate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), sodium hydroxybenzoate, sodium hydroxide, sodium flavouring, sodium hydroxide.sodium hydroxide, peppermint flavouring (contains d-limonene, eugenol, linalool, propylene glycol (E1520) and glycerol triacetate (triacetin) (E1518)), cherry flavouring (contains citral, d-limonene, propylene glycol (E1520) and water), N,2,3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butanamide, silicon saccharin, hydroxypropylene butanamide, sodium hydroxidehydroxypropylbetadex and purified water.

Strefen Spray is a medicine in a mint and cherry flavoured mouth spray solution.

It is recommended to charge the pump before applying this medicine by spraying several times into the air. Then spray the back of the throat three times in a gentle manner.
