Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Take 1 tablet to suck every 2 or 3 hours, dissolving little by little in the mouth, without exceeding 8 tablets a day.
The use of this medicine is contraindicated in adolescents under 12 years of age.
Special care in pregnancy and lactation.
This medicine contains isomalt and maltitol, so you should consult your doctor if you have a certain intolerance to some sugars.
Like all medicines, Bucomax lidocaine honey-lemon flavour may cause side effects:
Frequent adverse reactions: irritation of the tongue and/or mouth and allergic reactions such as skin rash or redness.
Very frequent adverse reactions: Abdominal pain, nausea or mouth discomfort.
The active ingredients of Bucomax lidocaine honey and lemon flavour are: lidocaine hydrochloride 2 mg, amylmethacresol 0.6 mg, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg.
The other ingredients are: peppermint essential oil, quinoline yellow (E-104), saccharin sodium (E-954), tartaric acid (E-334), isomalt (E-953), maltitol (E-965), yellow-orange colouring (E-110), lemon essence and honey flavouring.
These are honey-lemon flavoured sucking tablets.
Do not use this medicine for more than 5 days without consulting your doctor.
This tablet is for oropharyngeal use and should be sucked slowly without chewing or swallowing, as it has a local action and is effective when it comes into contact with the affected area.
