Syrup for the relief of excess mucus and phlegm that appear in the flu, catarrhal processes, or common cold.
Contains 200 ml.
It is a medicine in syrup form that is used for the treatment of upper respiratory tract disorders involving the production and excessive secretion of mucus associated with colds and flu.
Intended for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Take 15 ml (equivalent to 1 measuring cup) every 8 hours, without exceeding the maximum dose of 3 times a day.
Do not use Notus Mucolytic:
In children under 12 years of age.
In case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients and/or excipients listed in the composition of this medicinal product.
In diabetic patients.
If you are pregnant.
Patients with gastroduodenal ulcer, asthma or respiratory insufficiency, consult your doctor.
Medical control in patients with altered thyroid function.
Consult your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
As with all medicines,Notus Mucolytic may cause side effects. In particular, the following common side effects have been observed: stomach upset, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting.
Each ml of Notus Notus Mucolytic contains 50 mg Carbocisteine as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: Saccharin sodium, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E-218), raspberry essence, Cochineal Red A (Punceau 4R) (E-124), carmellose sodium, sodium hydroxide, purified water, 1 N sodium hydroxide solution (for pH adjustment).
For correct administration of the medicinal product, use the measuring cup. Wash the measuring cup after each use. Drink a glass of water after each dose.
Do not take with grapefruit or orange juice.
Drink plenty of water during treatment to hydrate the mucous membranes and thin the mucus to make it easier to pass.
Once opened, stable for a maximum of 4 weeks. After this time, discard.
If the treatment does not improve within 5 days or if the symptoms worsen during this time, consult a doctor.
