Effervescent tablets that reduce the viscosity of mucus and phlegm, facilitating their expulsion in catarrhal and flu-like processes.
Contains 10 tablets.
It is a medicine in the form of effervescent tablets and is indicated for treating thick mucus and facilitating its expulsion in flu-like processes and colds.
Intended for use in adults.
Take 1 tablet every 24 hours (once a day).
Do not use Acetiscysteine ARISTO:
In children under 18 years of age.
In case of hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients and/or excipients listed in the composition of this medicinal product.
In parallel with other cough suppressant medicines.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Caution with: antibiotics such as amphotericin B, ampicillin sodium, cephalosporins, erythromycin lactobionate or some tetracyclines. They may be incompatible or inactivated. It is recommended to separate intakes by at least 2 hours.
Medical supervision in: patients with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, bronchospasm, respiratory insufficiency, anaemia, gastroduodenal ulcer or in patients under treatment with nitroglycerin.
Acetylcysteine ARISTO may cause side effects, as with all medicines. This does not mean that all patients will experience them. In any case, frequent gastrointestinal side effects have been observed.
Each ARISTO effervescent tablet contains 600 mg of acetylcysteine as the main active substance. The other excipients are: anhydrous citric acid, ascorbic acid, anhydrous sodium hydrogencarbonate, mannitol (E-421), anhydrous lactose, sodium cyclamate, saccharin sodium dihydrate, citric acid, citric aciddihydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, blackberry flavouring (corn maltodextrin, gum arabic E414, propylene glycol E1520, ascorbic acid E300.
For correct administration of the medicine, place the effervescent tablet in a glass of water and wait for it to dissolve completely before swallowing. It is recommended to take it in the morning and drink plenty of water to hydrate the mucous membranes and thin the mucus, increasing the effectiveness of the treatment.
Do not drink alcohol during treatment.
