It belongs to a group of medicines with antacid action that are used to relieve and treat the symptoms of heartburn and sour stomach in adults and those over 12 years of age.
If after 7 days it does not improve or gets worse, consult your doctor.
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
The usual dose is 1 internal measure of the cap of the bottle dissolved in a glass of water when necessary. It is advisable to wait 1 to 3 hours after meals.
Do not exceed the maximum amount of 2 doses in one day.
Do not use ENO Fruit Salt:
If you are allergic to any of the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
In case of heart, liver or kidney disease.
If you have high blood pressure.
If you are following a low sodium diet.
Like all medicines, ENO Fruit Salt may cause side effects, although not everybody will experience them. Such effects are of unknown frequency and may include: mild irritation of the stomach or intestine, belching, flatulence and swelling of the abdomen.
The active ingredients of ENO Fruit Salt are sodium hydrogencarbonate, anhydrous citric acid and sodium carbonate. Specifically, each 5 g effervescent powder contains 2,319 mg sodium hydrogencarbonate, 2,181 mg anhydrous citric acid and 500 mg anhydrous sodium carbonate .
This medicinal product does not contain excipients.
As with any medicine, you should always inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines, as they may interact with each other.
Milk and milk products should not be consumed together with this medicine, but at different times.
Do not take immediately after too much food and drink, but wait at least 1 hour.
