Almax Forte is a medicine that belongs to the antacid group, which neutralises excess acidity in the stomach. Its use treats and relieves the symptoms of heartburn and acidity.
It comes in a convenient pack with 12 sachets inside.
Intended for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Take directly from the sachet or pour the contents into half a glass of water, stir and drink immediately.
The recommended dosage is 3 sachets a day, preferably between 30 minutes and 1 hour after meals. If needed before going to sleep, another dose can be taken, without exceeding the maximum amount of 5 sachets per day.
Do not take Almax Forte:
In children under 12 years of age.
In case of allergy to almagate or to any of the components present in this medicine.
If you suffer from Alzheimer's disease.
If you have undiagnosed gastrointestinal bleeding, haemorrhoids, fluid retention (oedema), liver complications during pregnancy (toxaemia gravidarum) or diarrhoea.
This is an antacid medicine in the form of sachets, which can be taken directly.
If you are taking other medicines, take the sachets at least 3 hours apart.
