Bekunis 5 mg gastroresistant tablets is a herbal medicine with laxative and stimulant action. It is used for the treatment of occasional constipation. It comes in a convenient pack of 100 tablets.
Bekunis is used for the relief of symptoms associated with occasional constipation.
Adults and children from 6 years of age with occasional constipation.
Bekunis can be taken by adults and children from 12 years of age: 1-3 tablets a day. In children 6-12 years, maximum one tablet per day. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
Do not take Bekunis if: you are allergic or hypersensitive to its active substance or excipients; if you suffer from digestive or intestinal pain, discomfort or pathology; if you have water or electrolyte metabolism disorders. Take special care if: you use it for long periods of time; if you are over 65 years of age; if you have chronic constipation. Caution when taking anti-arrhythmics, corticosteroids, diuretics, antacids and anti-ulcer medicines.
Like all medicines, Bekunis may cause side effects, although they do not necessarily occur. The most common side effects are abdominal pain and discomfort, gas and slow bowel movements.
