It is a medicine in sachet form that combines paracetamol, pseudoephedrine and chlorphenamine to relieve symptoms such as fever, nasal congestion and discharge, and pain. It is therefore used for the treatment of cold and flu-like conditions.

Suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age.
Take 1 sachet every 6-8 hours, without exceeding the maximum dose of 4 sachets per day.
Do not use Vincigrip Forte orange flavour in children under 14 years of age is contraindicated.
Consult your doctor about the use of this medicine if you are taking any other medicine for diseases such as epilepsy (lamotrigine, phenobarbital...), depression (barbiturate...), nausea and vomiting (nausea and vomiting).nausea and vomiting (metoclopramide), diuretics (furosemide), antihypertensives and drugs for heart rhythm disturbances (propanolol), depression, Parkinson's disease...
Pregnancy and lactation: this drug cannot be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Continued use of paracetamol in patients who regularly consume alcohol may cause liver damage.
Do not take this medicine with bitter orange juice as it may cause hypertensive crisis.
This medicine contains sodium (special care in patients with hypertension), mannitol (may cause laxative effect) and orange yellow (may cause allergic reactions).
Like all medicines, Vincigrip Forte Orange may cause side effects:
Frequent adverse reactions: malaise, hypotension, clumsiness of movement, tremor, tingling, dry mouth and gastrointestinal discomfort.
Very frequent adverse reactions: slight drowsiness, sweating, dizziness and muscle weakness.
The active ingredients of Vincigrip Forte Orange flavour are: paracetamol, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate. Each sachet contains 650 mg paracetamol, 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and 4 mg chlorphenamine maleate.
The other ingredients are: mannitol (E-421), sodium cyclamate, sodium carboxymethyl starch (gluten-free potato starch), povidone K-90, saccharin sodium, orange flavouring and orange yellow S (E-110).
This medicine comes in the form of granulated sachets with a refreshing orange flavour. It is very easy to use: simply dissolve the sachet in half a glass of water and stir well before taking. It can also be taken with or without food.
Do not take more than 4 sachets a day. If after 3 days of treatment the symptoms do not improve, seek medical advice.
