Ilvigrip contains sachets for oral solution indicated for the symptomatic relief of catarrhal and influenza processes.

Formerly called GripaVicks, Ilvigrip is a medicine that combines paracetamol, phenylephrine and guaifenesin, which is used to relieve symptoms such as fever, pain, congestion and runny nose. It also has an expectorant action.
It is a medicine used for the treatment of cold and flu-like conditions.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Take 1 sachet every 4-6 hours and no more than 4 sachets a day.
Do not use Ilvigrip in children under 12 years of age.
Consult your doctor about taking this medicine if you are taking any other drug for conditions such as epilepsy (lamotrigine, phenobarbital...), depression (barbiturate, barbiturate...), nausea and vomiting (nausea and diarrhoea).rich), nausea and vomiting (metoclopramide), diuretics (furosemide), antihypertensives and drugs for heart rhythm disturbances (propanolol), depression, Parkinson's disease...
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: This medicine cannot be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
This medicine contains mannitol, aspartame (special care in patients with phenylketonuria), sucrose (caution in diabetes mellitus) and sodium (caution in hypertension).
Like all medicines, Ilvigrip may cause side effects:
Frequent: nightmares, excitement, nervousness, dry mouth, throat and nose.
Very common: loss of appetite, vomiting.
The active ingredients of Ilvigrip are: paracetamol, guaifenesin and phenylephrine hydrochloride. Each sachet of this medicine provides a single dose containing the following active ingredients: 500 mg paracetamol, 200 mg guaifenesin and 10 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are: sucrose, citric acid, tartaric acid, sodium cyclamate, sodium citrate, aspartame (E951), acesulfame potassium (E950), menthol powder flavouring, lemon flavouring, lemon juice flavouring, quinoline yellow (E104).
The sachets have a pleasant lemon flavour and should be dissolved in half a glass of water, shaking well before taking.
Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 sachets per day.
If after 3 days of treatment the symptoms do not improve, seek medical advice.
