What is Grippostad with ibuprofen and what is it for?
It is a medicine formulated with ibuprofen and phenylephrine, a combination of active ingredients to relieve cold and flu symptoms such as fever, congestion and runny nose.

Who it is intended for
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.
Instructions for use
Take 2 tablets every 8 hours, no more than 6 a day.
Contraindications
Do not use Grippostad with ibuprofen in children under 12 years of age.
Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to ibuprofen or to any of its components, if you suffer from hyperthyroidism, hypertension, heart, liver or kidney disease, if you suffer or have suffered from stomach or intestinal ulcers.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: This medicine cannot be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Do not drink alcoholic beverages using this medicine as it may cause liver damage.
This medicine contains sodium (special care in hypertension).

Like all medicines, Grippostad with ibuprofen may cause side effects:
Frequent adverse reactions: allergic reactions, headache, dizziness, ringing in the ears.
Very common side effects: itching, scaling, stomach pain, nausea.
Composition
The active substances in Grippostad are ibuprofen and phenylephrine. Specifically, each tablet contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 5 mg of phenylephrine. The other excipients are: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium potato starch glycolate, hypromellose 6, sodium stearyl fumarate.
