Nurofen paediatric is an orange-flavoured oral suspension for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever.
It comes in a handy 200 ml bottle.
It is indicated for use in children from 3 months of age and adolescents.
The recommended daily dose of Nurofen Paediatric is 20-30 mg per kg of body weight, divided into 3-4 doses per day. It should be taken on a full stomach.

Nurofen Paediatric may cause side effects, as is the case with all medicines on the market. In this case, the following has been observed:
Each ml of Nurofen Paediatric oral suspension orange flavour contains 20 mg of Ibuprofen as the active substance. The other excipients are: Polysorbate 80, Glycerol, Maltitol liquid (hydrogenated glucose syrup) (E-965), Xanthan gum, Saccharin sodium, Citric acid monohydrate, Citric acid monohydrate (E-965), Citric acid monohydrate (E-965).tric acid monohydrate, Sodium citrate, Sodium chloride, Orange flavouring (containing wheat starch and potato starch), Domifen bromide and Purified water.
Administer Nurofen Paediatric 20 mg according to the dosage table above, without exceeding the maximum recommended daily amount. It can also be used at the same dose for the treatment of febrile states.
If symptoms last for more than 5 days, worsen or if an unknown adverse reaction occurs, stop treatment and consult a doctor.
