It is a medicine formulated with a combination of active ingredients: paracetamol, phenylephrine and chlorphenamine to relieve the symptoms of flu and colds such as fever, nasal congestion and secretion, and pain.
It is a medicine used for the treatment of catarrhal and influenza processes.
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.
Take 1 capsule every 6-8 hours and no more than 4 capsules a day.
Do not use Normogrip capsules in children under 12 years of age.
Consult your doctor about the use of this medicine if you are taking any other drug for diseases such as epilepsy (lamotrigine, phenobarbital...), depression (barbiturate...), nausea and vomiting (nausea and vomiting).nausea and vomiting (metoclopramide), diuretics (furosemide), antihypertensives and drugs for heart rhythm disturbances (propanolol), depression, Parkinson's disease...
Pregnancy and lactation: this drug cannot be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Like all medicines, Normogrip may cause side effects:
Frequent adverse reactions: malaise, hypotension, clumsiness of movement, tremor, tingling, dry mouth and gastrointestinal discomfort.
Very frequent adverse reactions: slight drowsiness, sweating, dizziness and muscle weakness.
The active ingredients of Normogrip are: paracetamol 500 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg (equivalent to 8.21 mg phenylephrine) and chlorphenamine maleate 4 mg (equivalent to 2.8 mg chlorphenamine).
The other ingredients are: pregelatinised maize starch, stearic acid and povidone.
The gelatine capsule consists of: gelatine, titanium dioxide (E-171), indigo carmine (E-132) and quinoline yellow (E-104).
This medicine comes in the form of capsules to be taken with water.
Do not take more than 4 sachets a day and if after 3 days the symptoms do not improve, seek medical advice.
This medicine can be taken with or without food.
