What is Grippal with pseudoephedrine and what does it do?
It is a medicine that combines paracetamol, dextromethorphan, chlorphenamine and pseudoephedrine; it is used both as an antitussive and to relieve symptoms such as fever, congestion and runny nose.
It is presented in the form of capsules indicated for the treatment of cold and flu-like processes.
Who it is intended for
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Instructions for use
Take 1 capsule every 6-8 hours and no more than 4 capsules.
Contraindications
Do not use Grippal With Pseudoephredrine in children under 12 years of age.

Frequent: nightmares, excitement, nervousness, dry mouth, throat and nose.
Very common: sedation and drowsiness.
Composition
The active ingredients of Grippal with pseudoephedrineare: paracetamol 500 mg, chlorphenamine 2 mg (as maleate), dextromethorphan 15 mg (as hydrobromide) and pseudoephedrine, 30 mg (as hydrochloride).
The other ingredients are: pregelatinised maize starch, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, gelatin, erythrosine (E127), iron oxide yellow (E172), titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide red (E172).
