Take 1 effervescent tablet every 8-12 hours. Do not take more than 3 a day.
Do not use Couldina with ibuprofen in adolescents under 12 years of age.
Do not take this medicine if you suffer from asthma, tachycardia, if you suffer from high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, if you suffer from hyperthyroidism, glaucoma or if you are taking medicines for depression or Parkinson's disease. This medicine is also contraindicated in diabetes.
The use of this medicine is contraindicated if you are drinking alcohol, because if you regularly drink alcohol, stomach bleeding may occur.
This medicine may cause drowsiness, which may impair driving ability.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: This medicine cannot be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Like all medicines, Couldina with ibuprofen may cause side effects:
Frequent: tiredness, headache, heartburn, skin disorders.
Very common: slurred speech, alterations in sensations and tingling, dry mouth and nose, loss of appetite...
The active ingredients of Couldina with ibuprofen are: ibuprofen, phenylephrine and chlorphenamine. Each tablet contains 400 mg ibuprofen (as ibuprofen lysinate), 7.5 mg phenylephrine (as phenylephrine hydrochloride) and 2 mg chlorphenamine (as chlorphenamine maleate).
The other ingredients are: povidone K 30 (E1201), docusate sodium, crospovidone, meglumine, citric acid anhydrous (E330), sodium bicarbonate, glycine (E640), mannitol (E421), saccharin sodium (E954ii), aspartame (E951), lemon flavouring.
The effervescent tablets should be dissolved in a little water and wait until there are no bubbles in the glass before drinking.
Do not take this medicine on an empty stomach.
Do not take more than 4 tablets a day.
If after 3 days the symptoms do not improve, seek medical advice.
