Take 1 sachet every 6-8 hours, without exceeding the maximum dose of 4 per day.
Do not use Couldina Instant with paracetamol in adolescents under 15 years of age.
Do not take this medicine if you suffer from asthma, tachycardia, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma or if you are taking medicines for depression or Parkinson's disease. This medicine is also contraindicated in diabetes.
The use of this medicine is contraindicated if you are drinking alcohol, because if you regularly drink alcohol, stomach bleeding may occur.
This medicine may cause drowsiness, which may impair driving ability.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: This medicine cannot be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Like all medicines, Couldina Instant with paracetamol may cause side effects:
Frequent: tiredness, headache, heartburn, skin disorders, low blood pressure (hypotension).
Very common: slurred speech, alterations in sensations and tingling, dry mouth and nose, loss of appetite...
Each sachet of Couldina Instant with paracetamol contains 650 mg paracetamol, 4 mg chlorphenamine maleate and 10 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride.The other ingredients are: polyvidone K30 (E-1201),docusate sodium, citric acid anhydrous (E-330), sodium hydrogencarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) (E-500ii), sodium carbonate anhydrous (E-500i), saccharin sodium (E-954) and lemon flavouring.
The sachets should be dissolved in half a glass of water, waiting for the bubbles to stop before drinking.
Do not take this medicine on an empty stomach.
Do not take more than 4 sachets a day. If after 5 days of treatment the symptoms do not improve, seek medical advice.
