It is a medicine in the form of sachets for oral solution that combines acetylsalicylic acid, phenylephrine hydrochloride and chlorphenamine maleate to relieve symptoms such as fever, nasal congestion and discharge, and pain.
It is a medicine used for cold and flu-like conditions.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Take 1 sachet every 8 hours. If the dose needs to be increased, it can be taken every 6 hours.
Do not use Couldina Instant in children under 12 years of age.
Do not take this medicine if you suffer from asthma, tachycardia, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma or if you are taking medicines for depression or Parkinson's disease. This medicine is also contraindicated in diabetes.
The use of this medicine is contraindicated if you are drinking alcohol, because if you regularly drink alcohol, stomach bleeding may occur.
This medicine may cause drowsiness, which may impair driving ability.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: This medicine cannot be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Like all medicines, Couldina Instant can cause side effects:
Frequent: tiredness, headache, heartburn, skin disorders.
Very common: slurred speech, alterations in sensations and tingling, dry mouth and nose, loss of appetite...
The active ingredients in Couldina Instant are: acetylsalicylic acid, chlorphenamine maleate, phenylephrine hydrochloride. Each sachet contains 500 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 2 mg chlorphenamine maleate and 7.5 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are: citric acid anhydrous (E-330), sodium hydrogencarbonate (E-500ii), sodium carbonate anhydrous (E-500i), mannitol (E-421), povidone K 30 (E-1201), glycine (E-640), docusate sodium, aspartame (E-951), sucrose, sucrose, saccharin sodium (E-954ii), sodium saccharin (E-954ii), sodium hydroxide (E-954ii), sodium chloride (E-954ii), sodium chloride (E-954ii).(E-954ii), orange flavouring (flavouring preparation, natural flavouring substance) and orange yellow S (E-110).

This medicine comes in the form of effervescent granules with an orange colour and a pleasant orange flavour.
It is taken dissolved, preferably in water, waiting for the bubbles to stop before swallowing. Itshould not be taken on an emptystomach.
Do not take more than 4 sachets a day. Seek medical advice if symptoms do not improve after 3 days of treatment.
