Bronchostop sachets is an herbal cough medicine for productive coughs associated with colds. It relieves dry cough in throat irritation. It is contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation, unless prescribed by a doctor. It is not recommended to take this medicine during pregnancy and lactation without doctor's consent.
Bronchogrip is a herbal medicine in the form of sachets for oral solution, formulated to relieve the symptoms of dry cough and throat irritation.
It comes in a pack containing 10 sachets.
Intended for use in adults and adolescents over 15 years of age.
This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation, without the consent of a doctor.
Dissolve the sachet in a 250 ml glass of hot, but not boiling, water. Allow to cool and drink within one and a half hours. The recommended dose varies according to the age of the patient.
Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age: One sachet every 4-6 hours as needed up to a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours.
Children under 15 years of age: not recommended for use.
Contraindications
Do not use Bronchogrip in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the components of this medicine.
It is also contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, unless prescribed by a doctor.
Bronchogrip may cause side effects, as with all medicines. In this case, the most frequent adverse reactions are gastrointestinal problems and in people with hypersensitivity, allergic reactions or anaphylactic shock may occur.
The active ingredients are:15 ml (= 16.7 g) of the oral solution contain:0.12 g of dry extract of thyme leaves and flowers,0.83 g of liquid extract of marshmallow root.
The excipients are: Xylitol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), concentrated raspberry juice (containing sucrose, glucose and fructose), raspberry flavouring, xanthan gum, citric acid monohydrate (E 330), maltodextrin, gum arabic, purified water.
For proper administration of the medicine, dissolve the contents of one sachet in a cup of hot water and allow to cool before taking. Consult a doctor if no improvement within 3 days.
