The GENOVÉ tubular bandage is an article that provides relief from swelling or oedema following surgical procedures. It is used to apply dressings. It offers a compression that allows a quick recovery from injuries in thick muscles.
GENOVÉ tubular bandage is a compressive support product for men and women. Formulated for the thick extremities of the thigh. It is a bandage that helps to improve disorders that occur after surgery or rehabilitation.
It helps to relieve inflammations, oedemas and haematomas. In addition, its compression system favours wound aeration. It supports the dressings, protects the skin and limits mobility by means of appropriate compression. It helps the rehabilitation process to be faster and more effective.
The bandage is made of a material that favours natural breathing. It has stretch fabrics that facilitate the entry of free air so that the wound remains dry and oxygenated. It has a length of 100 cm which allows it to adequately cover any type of trauma. It has an extra layer of latex fibres that provides greater resistance to high temperatures. Thanks to its mesh structure, it can be cut without the risk of damaging or tearing the fibres. It has a high elasticity that helps it to keep its shape without deforming or deteriorating.
It exerts a constant pressure on the area of the body where it is applied, favouring the return of blood flow. In addition, the bandage can be washed without further complications in order to keep the affected area clean. It facilitates the recovery of wounds and venous ulcers. Its tubular design allows it to mould very well to thick legs and thighs, collaborating in the fixation of bandages and splints. It also adjusts quickly and anatomically to all kinds of situations such as oedemas, haematomas and inflammations in traumatic processes.
GENOVÉ compressive tubular bandage is for unisex use and is indicated for the treatment of affected areas of thick thighs to which a compressive therapy is applied or in any inflammation in traumatic processes.
Cut the bandage twice as long as the affected area. Place the first half over the affected area. Pass the other half over the first half, placing it three fingers below where the first half ends.
It is recommended to always use a double layer. If no improvement is observed, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. Keep out of sunlight, in a dry environment and between 5°C and 30°C. Do not use in cases other than those indicated for use in traumatology applications.
