How to perform a deep cleansing of the nose: 1. Perform a thorough cleansing of the nose. 2. Open the tube and place the end in one of the nostrils. Apply a dose of gel by exerting light pressure on the tube. Repeat in the other nostril. 3. Gently massage the base of the nose to evenly distribute the product inside the nasal cavities. 4. Wipe the end and close the tube tightly after use.
If you experience irritation in the perinasal area, you can also apply the product to the skin around the nose. If you are on medication therapy such as decongestants, corticosteroids and antihistamines, apply the product at least 30 minutes after drug treatment. Use 3 to 4 times a day as needed.
