For daily nasal hygiene. Prepare the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
Holding the head upright, administer 1 to 2 sprays into the nostril. Wipe off the excess and blow your nose. Repeat with the other nostril, twice a day in the morning and at night before going to bed.
Sea water rich in trace elements, purified water. Moisturising agent: organic calendula extract.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Use of this spray by more than one person may be prone to infection, clean the nozzle with soapy water and rinse with warm water after each use. Do not use after expiry date. Pressurised container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Storage and storage at room temperature (between 15°C and 25°C). Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on an open flame or any incandescent material. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if condition worsens.
