Oral use: - Nervousness and irritability: Take 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at dinner with a glass of water. - Sleep aid: Take 2 capsules at dinner and 2 capsules at bedtime with a glass of water. The dose can be increased to 6 capsules a day if necessary.
