Soñodor 50 mg 10 Tablets

It is a medicine intended for the symptomatic treatment of occasional insomnia, particularly when there is difficulty in falling asleep, such as in situations of restlessness or interrupted sleep.

It comes in a handy pack of 10 tablets.

Suitable for use in adults over 18 years of age. Adolescents over 12 years of age may use this medicine only under medical supervision.

Take 1 tablet with a little water and without chewing, preferably half an hour before going to bed.

Do not use Soñodor 50 mg:

• In children under 12 years of age.

• If you are allergic to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

• If you suffer from asthma,

• If you have difficulty breathing,

• If you have chronic pulmonary emphysema (severe lung disease),

• If you have glaucoma (increased intraocular pressure),

• If you have difficulty urinating due to prostate problems,

• During pregnancy and breast-feeding, unless prescribed by a doctor.

Like all medicines, Soñodor can cause side effects, but this does not mean that everyone will experience them. In this case, the following has been observed:

• Occasionally, diarrhoea, anorexia (lack of appetite), stomach discomfort or pain, constipation, difficulty urinating, dizziness, confusion, dry mouth and blurred vision may occur.

• Rarely, tremors, skin rash and photosensitivity have been reported.

• Exceptionally, certain blood disorders such as leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and haemolytic anaemia have been reported.

In most cases, however, the adverse effects reported have been mild and have not required discontinuation of treatment.

Each Soñodor tablet contains 50 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The other excipients are: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, colloidal anhydrous silica and magnesium stearate.

Soñador tablets is a medicine indicated for the management of occasional insomnia, early awakening or restlessness, as long as such symptoms do not exceed a week's duration.

A healthy diet low in saturated fats, rich in fibre and abundant hydration is recommended, as well as adequate exercise and rest each day.
