Lasea is an herbal medicine used to treat the symptoms of anxiety, which can include: restlessness, tension, nervousness or sleep disturbance, among others.
It is intended for use in adults suffering from transient anxiety.
Do not take Lasea
- If you are under 18 years of age.
- If you are allergic to lavender oil or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
- If you suffer from impaired liver or kidney function.
- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
The recommended dose is one capsule a day without chewing, preferably at the same time of day, with a glass of water. You should not take Lasea for anxiety for more than 3 months.
Lasea may cause side effects, as with all medicines, but not everybody gets them. These side effects include the following:
- Severe allergic reactions with swelling, breathing and/or circulatory problems.
- Gastrointestinal discomfort, such as gas, belching.
- Allergic skin reactions.
Each Lasea softgel contains 80 mg of lavender essential oil as the main active ingredient. It also contains refined canola oil. The other excipients covering the capsule are: succinylated gelatin; glycerol 85%; sorbitol 70%, liquid (non-crystallising); aluminium salt of carminic acid (E 120); aluminium salt of patent blue V (E 131); titanium dioxide (E 171).
Lasea is a herbal medicine widely used to manage symptoms of anxiety in adults over the age of eighteen.
It comes in the form of soft capsules, which we recommend taking with food to avoid stomach problems. It is also advisable to take them at the same time of day, to take advantage of their effectiveness and improve the uneasiness or tension accumulated during the day due to daily stress.
