Each capsule of Melatonite contains 3mg of melatonin as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium and hypromellose.
This medicine is suitable for people whose sleep is disturbed when travelling and changing time zones. It has a pleasant dosage as it can be taken with water or any other liquid, such as milk or fruit juice.
