The recommended daily dose varies according to the patient's needs:
To combat mild nervous tension: 1-2 tablets at any time of the day. If necessary, a further dose (1-2 tablets) can be taken before going to bed.
To relieve sleep disorders: 1-2 tablets before bedtime.
Do not use Valdispert Complex:
If you are allergic to valerian, passionflower or to any of the ingredients of this medicinal product.
Children under twelve years of age.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding are not recommended without consulting a doctor.
Like all medicines, Valdispert Complex may cause side effects, although not everybody will experience them.
Adverse reactions are rare, migraine, nausea or gastrointestinal symptoms may occur after taking the medicine.
Valdispert Complex contains valerian and passionflower as active ingredients. Specifically, it contains 60 mg of valeriana officinalis L. s.l., radix (Valerian root) and passionflower incarnata (equivalent to 150-210 mg of passionflower).
The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose (E-460), colloidal anhydrous silica (E-551), magnesium stearate (E-572), talc (E-553b), shellac, vinylpyrrolidone copolymer (E-553b), vinylpyrrolidone copolymer (E-553b), vinylpyrrolidone copolymer (E-553b), and chlorophyllvinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymer, povidone, carmellose sodium, sucrose, titanium dioxide (E 171), kaolin, white beeswax, carnauba wax.
