Stadapharm Dexketoprofen Efg 25 mg, 10 Sachets Oral Solution

It is an analgesic medicine in the form of sachets for oral solution belonging to the group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which is used for the symptomatic treatment of musculoskeletal pain, headaches, menstrual pain and dental pain, among others.

It comes in a pack of 10 sachets.

Suitable for use in adults over 18 years of age.

Open the sachet and pour directly into the mouth. It is not necessary to take it with water at the same time.

The dose is 25 mg of Dexketoprofen Stadapharm every 8 hours, the maximum possible dose of dexketoprofen being 75 mg per day.

In patients with hepatic impairment, the daily dose is 50 mg.

In patients with mild renal insufficiency, the daily dose is 50 mg. On the other hand, if renal insufficiency is severe, the administration of dexketoprofen is not recommended.

Its use is contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation. Likewise, it should not be used in preconception.

Treatment should not exceed 4 days.

Do not use Stadapharm Dexketoprofen 25mg:

• In children under 18 years of age.
• If you are allergic to dexketoprofen or any of the other ingredients. Also if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug;
• If you have asthma or have had asthma attacks, acute allergic rhinitis (a short period of swelling of the lining of the nose), nasal polyps (fleshy formations inside the nose due to allergy), urticaria (skin rash), angioedema (swelling of the nose), allergic rhinitis (a short period of swelling of the mucous membrane of the nose).angioedema (swelling of the face, eyes, lips or tongue, or difficulty breathing) or wheezing in the chest after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
• If you have had photoallergic or phototoxic reactions (special form of redness or burning of skin exposed to sunlight) while taking ketoprofen (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) or fibrates (medicines used to reduce blood fat levels);
• If you have peptic ulcer, stomach or intestinal bleeding, or if you have had bleeding, ulceration or perforation of the stomach or intestine in the past;
• If you have chronic digestive problems (e.g. indigestion, heartburn).
• If you have had stomach or bowel bleeding or perforation in the past, due to previous use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) used for pain.
• If you have chronic inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis).
• If you have severe heart failure, moderate to severe kidney failure or severe liver failure.
• If you have bleeding disorders or blood clotting disorders.
• If you are severely dehydrated (have asked for too much body fluid) due to vomiting, diarrhoea or insufficient fluid intake;
• If you are in the third trimester of pregnancy or breast-feeding;

Stadapharm Dexketoprofen may cause side effects, as is the case with all medicines on the market, but this does not mean that all patients will experience them. In this case, the following have been observed:

• Nausea and/or vomiting, mainly pain in the upper abdominal quadrant, diarrhoea, digestive disorders (dyspepsia).
• Rotating sensation (vertigo), dizziness, drowsiness, sleep disturbances, nervousness, headache, palpitations, hot flushes, inflammation of the stomach wall (gastritis), stomach wall inflammation (gastritis).mago wall (gastritis), constipation, dry mouth, flatulence, skin rash, fatigue, pain, fever and chills, malaise.
• Peptic ulcer, peptic ulcer perforation or bleeding (which may manifest with vomiting of blood or black stools), fainting, high blood pressure, slowed breathing, retention of blood in the stomach, constipation, constipation.(e.g., swelling of the ankles), laryngeal oedema, loss of appetite (e.g., loss of appetite, loss of appetite, loss of appetite, loss of appetite).loss of appetite (anorexia), abnormal sensation, itchy rash, acne, increased sweating, lower back pain, frequent urination, menstrual disturbances, prostatic disturbances, liver function tests, liver function tests, urinary tract infections, urinary tract infections, urinary tract infections.abnormal liver function tests (blood tests), liver cell damage (hepatitis), acute renal failure.

• Decreased number of white blood cells (neutropenia), decreased number of platelets (thrombocytopenia).

Each sachet of Dexketoprofen Stadapharm contains 25 mg dexketoprofen tromethamol (36.90 mg). The other ingredients are: ammonium glycyrrhizate, neohesperidine dihydrochalcone, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E-218), sodium saccharin, sucrose, macrogol 400, lemon flavouring (contains ethanol), povidone K-90, disodium phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, purified water.
