It is a medicine with analgesic and anti-inflammatory action that is commonly used to reduce mild to moderate pain.
It is intended for use in adults over 18 years of age seeking pain relief.
Take 1 or 2 tablets with a glass of water. Depending on the intensity of the pain, it can be taken up to 3 times a day, without exceeding the maximum dose of 6 tablets a day.
Do not take Dolalgial:
- If you are under 18 years of age.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you are allergic or hypersensitive to clonixin lysine or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
- If you suffer from active stomach ulcer, severe renal insufficiency, disorders related to blood cell formation or have a tendency to gastrointestinal bleeding,
Dolalgial tablets may cause side effects, as with all medicines, but this does not mean that everyone will experience them.
- Common: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, very slight intestinal bleeding, discomfort.
- Rare: bloody vomiting, stomach inflammation.
- Very rare: dizziness, skin changes, blood changes, allergic reaction, bronchospasm, difficulty breathing, tiredness, tremor, fever, among others.

Each tablet of Dolalgial contains 125 mg of clonixin lysine as the main active substance. The other excipients are: pregelatinised maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, colloidal silica, sepifilm 820 white (hypromellose, glycerol triacetate, titanium dioxide (E-171) and talc).
Dolalgial is an anti-inflammatory in the form of coated tablets effective in reducing pain, provided it is mild to moderate, such as back pain or contractures. It is also used in painful oral processes or in case of headache or menstrual pain.
It is administered orally with water, if possible. Remember that the smallest effective dose should always be taken, with a maximum of six tablets a day in adults. If you take the medicine with food, you will reduce possible gastric discomfort.
