Instructions for use
Take 1 tablet whole or divided with a glass of water, every 4 to 6 hours. The recommended dose varies according to the age and weight of the patient:
- In adults take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, without exceeding in any case the intake of 3 g daily.
- In children, the recommended dosage is 10 mg/kg every 4 hours, or 15 mg/kg every 6 hours, without exceeding 5 daily intakes.
Do not take Paracetamol Normon:
- In case of allergy or hypersensitivity to paracetamol or to the other ingredients present in this medicinal product.
- If you suffer from liver disease.
Paracetamol Normon may cause side effects, as with all medicines, but this does not mean that everyone will experience side effects. In this case, the effects that may occur are generally rare or very rare.
In any case, the use of high doses of paracetamol for long periods of time should be avoided, as this increases the risk of adverse effects.
Side effects that may occur include:
- Malaise.
- Allergic reactions with symptoms such as rash, hives or anaphylactic shock.
- Increased liver transaminases, hepatoxicity.
- Decreased blood glucose.
- Decrease in blood cells.
- Hypotension.
- Sterile Piura.
- Kidney problems.
Each tablet contains 650 mg of paracetamol as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: povidone, pregelatinised maize starch and stearic acid.
Paracetamol 650 mg EFG Normon is a medicine that belongs to the group of medicines called analgesics and antipyretics indicated both in feverish processes and in mild to moderate muscular discomfort, headache, dental pain or period pain.
The tablet is slotted and can be divided if necessary to take half of it. It also has an elongated shape to make it easier to take with water.
