It is a medicine that belongs to the group of nasal decongestants. Its active ingredient is tramazoline hydrochloride, which, when administered nasally, produces an intense vasoconstriction that results in nasal decongestion. It also contains chlorphenamine, which reduces nasal secretions.
This medicine is used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
Suitable for use in adults and children over 6 years of age.
Apply 1-2 sprays every 12 hours in each nostril.
Do not use Rhinospray Antiallergic in case of hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, glaucoma and heart failure. Do not use in case of dry rhinitis (with crusts).
It is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age, as well as special caution in people over 65 years of age.
Pregnancy and lactation: a doctor should be consulted.
This medicine is contraindicated in people who have undergone head surgery such as cranial, transnasal or transoral surgery.
This medicine should not be administered to patients undergoing treatment with barbiturates, sedatives, hypnotics...
This medicine contains benzalkonium chloride (special care should be taken in patients with persistent congestion as this component causes inflammation of the nasal mucosa).

Frequent adverse reactions: headache, sneezing, nasal itching.
Very common side effects: dependence on the medicine, dizziness, nervousness, palpitations, difficulty falling asleep.
The active ingredients of Rhinospray Antiallergic are: tramazoline hydrochloride 118 mg, chlorphenamine maleate 505 mg. The other ingredients are: sorbitol, benzalkonium chloride, citric acid, sodium chloride and purified water.
Rhinospray allergy spray comes in a 12ml bottle with a nasal applicator.
Before using the medicine, it is advisable to release 2 or 3 sprays into the air to charge the nasal applicator and remove existing nasal fluids by blowing the nose well or using sea water or saline solution.
Always use the lowest effective dose, as this medicine can be addictive.
If there is no improvement after 2 days of use, a doctor should be consulted.
