This medicine is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of occasional mild to moderate pain and as an antipyretic in adults and children from 12 years of age (40 kilos).
It comes in a blister pack of 20 tablets.
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Take 1 tablet every 6 hours if necessary and no more than 3 grams in 24 hours.
Do not use Paracetamol Pensavital 500 mg:
Like all medicines, Paracetamol Pensavital 500 mg may cause side effects, but this does not mean that all patients will experience side effects. In this case, the following common adverse reactions have been observed: malaise, increased blood transaminase levels, anaphylactic reaction (including hypotension), anaphylactic shock, hypersensitivity and angioedema.
The active substance is paracetamol. Specifically, each Pensavital tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol. The other excipients are: sodium potato starch glycolate (Type A), purified water, pregelatinised maize starch, povidone K30 (E1201), stearic acid (E570) and crospovidone (E1202).
Paracetamol Pensavital comes as white tablets to be taken by mouth.
If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 3 days, a doctor should be consulted.
