Tablets for the symptomatic treatment of moderate pain and feverish conditions.
Contains 10 tablets.
It is a medicine formulated with 1 g of paracetamol, an active ingredient with analgesic properties for the relief of mild or moderate pain, such as muscle, dental or headaches. It is also used for the treatment of fever thanks to its antipyretic action.
It comes in a pack of 10 tablets.
Suitable for adults and adolescents from 16 years of age (or with a body weight over 50 kg).
Take 1 or half a whole tablet with a glass of water every 4 to 6 hours, without exceeding the maximum dose of 3 g daily.
Do not use Paracetamol Pensavital 1 g:
In children under 16 years of age or weighing less than 50 kg.
In case of allergy or hypersensitivity to paracetamol, or to any of the ingredients of this medicine.
If you suffer from liver disease.
Paracetamol Pensavital may cause side effects, as with all medicines on the market. In this case, side effects that may occur from the use of paracetamol are rare or very rare, although high doses over long periods of time should be avoided, as this increases the risk of side effects.
Side effects that may occur include:
Malaise.
Allergic reactions with symptoms such as rash, hives or anaphylactic shock.
Increased liver transaminases, hepatoxicity.
Decreased blood glucose.
Decrease in blood cells.
Hypotension.
Sterile Piura.
Kidney problems.
Remember that the maximum dose of 60 mg/kg/day should not be exceeded, always spread over several doses.
If after 5 days of treatment the pain does not improve or worsens, stop the treatment and see your doctor for a clinical assessment and appropriate adjustment of the treatment. The same procedure should be followed if feverish symptoms last more than 3 days.

Each tablet of Paracetamol Pensavital contains 1000 mg of paracetamol as the main active substance. The other excipients are: potato sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), povidone, pregelatinised maize starch, stearic acid.
