Tablets with paracetamol for the treatment of pain and fever.
Contains 10 tablets.
Difenatil is a medicine formulated with paracetamol as the active substance. It is used for the treatment of pain and/or fever in adults and adolescents over 16 years of age.
Suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 16 years of age, or weighing more than 50 kg.
Take 1 tablet every 8 hours, with a little water. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 3 tablets a day.
Do not use Difenatil:
In children under 16 years of age.
In patients weighing less than 50 kg, for whom the dose should be adjusted.
If allergic to paracetamol or any of the ingredients.
You should consult your doctor before taking Difenatil if you have anaemia, heart, liver, kidney or lung disease.
The use of paracetamol in patients who regularly consume alcohol may cause liver damage. In alcoholic patients, do not take more than 2 g of paracetamol per day.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: you should consult your doctor.
Like all medicines, Difenatil may cause side effects:
Common side effects: Malaise, low blood pressure, increased blood transaminases.
The active substance in Difenatil is paracetamol. Each tablet contains 1 gram of paracetamol. The other ingredients are: sodium potato starch glycolate (Type A), purified water, pregelatinised maize starch, povidone K30 (E-1201), stearic acid (E-570) and crospovidone (E-1202).
Difentil is a medicine that comes in a white tablet.
If after 5 days of treatment the symptoms have not disappeared, seek medical advice.
