Combix Paracetamol Efg, 1 g 10 tablets belongs to the group of medicines called analgesics and antipyretics.
It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain of any cause of moderate intensity, such as: post-operative and post-partum pain, rheumatic pain (arthrosis and rheumatoid arthritis), lumbago, torticollis, sciatica, neuralgia, back pain, muscular pain, menstrual pain, headache and dental pain. Adults and children over 15 years of age
Adults and children over 15 years of age: the usual dose is 1 tablet (1 g paracetamol) 3 times a day. Intakes should be spaced at least 4 hours apart. No more than 3 tablets (3 g) should be taken in 24 hours.
Patients with liver or kidney disease: consult your doctor.
Elderlypatients: consult your doctor.

Paracetamol Pharma Combix 1 g tablets may cause the following side effects:
- Rare (between 1 and 10 in 10,000 patients): malaise, increased levels of liver transaminase enzymes and low blood pressure.
- Very rare (in less than 1 in 10,000 patients): allergic reactions (such as skin rash), low blood sugar, blood disorders, jaundice (yellowing of the skin), kidney disorders, cloudy urine.
If any of the side effects you experience are serious or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
Serious skin reactions have been reported very rarely.

Do not take more than the recommended dose.
In asthmatic patients sensitive to acetylsalicylic acid, a doctor should be consulted before taking this medicine.
If you suffer from kidney, heart or lung disease, or have anaemia (decreased haemoglobin level in the blood, whether or not caused by a decrease in red blood cells), you should consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
In chronic alcoholics, caution should be exercised not to take more than 2 g/day of paracetamol.
Composition of Paracetamol Pharma Combix 1 g tablets
The active substance is paracetamol.
The other ingredients are: pregelatinised maize starch (gluten-free), stearic acid, povidone, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate.
If the pain persists for more than 5 days, or if the pain worsens or other symptoms appear, a doctor should be consulted and the clinical situation should be re-evaluated.
It is recommended not to drink alcohol together with Paracetamol Pharma Combix 1 g.
