The usual dose of Agua del Carmen is 2 to 3 teaspoons (each teaspoon contains 5 ml) diluted in an infusion (lime blossom, camomile, etc.) or in sweetened water, administered 2 to 4 times a day.
Do not use Agua del Carmen:
In children under 18 years of age, except under medical prescription.
In case of allergy to any of the components of this medicine.
In patients with alcoholism problems, as it contains alcohol in its composition.
Agua del Carmen may cause side effects, as is the case with all medicines. In this case, prolonged treatment or doses above the recommended dose could lead to habit or dependence.

(Nutmeg fruit) and Hissopus officinalis L. (Hyssop flowering tops).
It also contains the following essences: Melissa officinalis L. (Melissa), Citrus aurantium L. bark (Orange), Citrus limón L. (Lemon), Lippia triphilla O. (Lemon verbena), Citrus aurantium L. flower (Orange blossom), Origanum majorana L. (Marjoram), Cinnamomum zeylanicum N. (Cinnamon), Citrus blossom L. (Lemon), Citrus blossom L.
