Shampoo forlocal symptomatic relief of flaking scalp disorders such as: seborrhoeic dermatitis (rash with inflammation and flaking), psoriasis (reddish scaly condition), dandruff and itching.

It is a medicated shampoo containing zinc pyrithione and coal tar that helps to reduce excessive scalp desquamation.
It is indicated for the local symptomatic relief of flaking scalp disorders: seborrhoeic dermatitis, psoriasis, peeling and dandruff.
Zincation Plus Shampoo is indicated for adults from 14 years of age. During pregnancy and lactation, its use is not indicated unless prescribed by a doctor.
Zincation is applied to the scalp 2 or 3 times a week for the first two or three weeks, then it should be used once a week or once a fortnight depending on the results.
Do not use in case of allergy to any of the components of the product.
It is also not indicated if you have psoriasis with inflammation, exudative eczema (which releases fluid), pustular or erythrodermic psoriasis (redness spread over the body) or if you are photosensitive.
May occasionally cause inflammation of hair follicles (folliculitis), irritation, rash, contact dermatitis (inflammatory skin reaction) and rarely photosensitivity (sensitivity to sunlight).
If you experience any of these symptoms, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
The active ingredients are zinc pyrithione and coal tar. Each ml of shampoo contains 10 mg zinc pyrithione (1%) and 4 mg coal tar (0.4%).
Excipients: sodium lauryl sulfate, polyethylene glycol 1500, polyquaternium 10, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, diethanolamide laurate, myristic lauric alcohol, ethylene glycol monostearate, polyethylene glycol-7-glyceryl cocoate, polyethylene glycol 150 distearate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, colloidal magnesium aluminosilicate, cocamidopropyl betaine, coco protein hydrolysate, fragrance D-1095, citric acid monohydrate, ethanol and purified water.
Zincation has a characteristic odour and dark colour and may temporarily stain light hair.
Shake the shampoo before use, apply a sufficient amount to produce a lather by massaging with the fingertips and rinse the hair thoroughly after use, repeat the application for a couple of minutes and rinse again with plenty of water.
