Cream for the treatment of athlete's foot in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.

It is an antifungal medicine indicated for the treatment of athlete's foot, a very common skin problem whose symptoms are itching, redness, cracks between the toes and peeling.
It occurs only on the feet. More specifically, it usually starts between the toes, but can spread to the soles and sides of the feet.
It comes in a convenient 20g pack.
Suitable for use by adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Apply a thin layer of product on the affected area once a day, preferably at night, avoiding contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after each application.
Do not use Canespie Bifonazole:
In children under 12 years of age.
In case of allergy to any of the components of this medicine.
If you are going to cover the affected area with bandages, as it is not recommended because it favours systemic absorption.
During pregnancy and lactation, unless prescribed by a doctor.
Canespie Bifonazole may cause side effects, as with all medicines. In this case, the following have been observed allergic dermatitis and/or contact dermatitis, erythema, itching, exanthema, urticaria, blistering, skin peeling, eczema, dry skin, skin irritation, skin maceration, skin maceration, skin rash.Skin irritation, skin maceration, burning sensation of the skin, pain at the site of administration and peripheral oedema at the site of administration.

Each gram of Canespie cream contains 10 mg of bifonazole as the active substance. The other excipients are: benzyl alcohol, ketostearyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, octyldodecanol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate and purified water.
This medicine comes in a white, odourless, topical cream formulation that is stable for up to 6 months, after which time it should be discarded.
