- In case of allergy or hypersensitivity to paracetamol, as well as to any of the components included in this medicine.

- If you suffer from any liver-related disease.

Apiretal drops may cause side effects , as with all medicines. This does not mean that everyone will suffer from them as, in this case, adverse reactions are generally rare or very rare. These are:

- Serious skin reactions.

- Blood disorders, such as leukopenia or neutropenia.

- Liver damage.

Each ml of solution contains 100 mg paracetamol as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: polyethylene glycol, glycerol (E-422), raspberry essence, saccharin sodium (E-954), azorubine (carmoisine) (E-122) and water.

Apiretal drops is a medicine containing paracetamol , an active ingredient with analgesic and antipyretic action that is indicated both in febrile processes and for the relief of mild or moderate pain, which can be muscular or headache, among others.

Presented in dropper format, its dosage is 15 mg per kilo of body weight every six hours. It can be administered with milk, juice or water, providing a slight sweet taste thanks to the raspberry essence which makes it easier for the baby to take.
