How much Apiretal to give? The recommended amount of Apiretal drops varies depending on the weight of the child. Specifically, the daily amount of paracetamol is 60 mg per kg of weight, spread over 4 or 6 doses. The dose of Apiretal by weight is 15 mg/kg every 6 hours, or 10mg/kg every 4 hours.
How long does it take for Apiretal to take effect? The effect starts30 to 60 minutesafteradministration.The maximum effect can be reached within 1 to 3 hours.
