Voltadol Forte 23,2 mg/g Gel 100 g

Voltadol Forte gel is a medicine formulated with diclofenac, an active ingredient that belongs to the NSAID group and is used as an analgesic and local anti-inflammatory in mild pathologies such as torticollis, mild sprains, occasional back pain or bruises, among others.

It comes in a 100 g tube.

Voltadol Forte cream is indicated for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age seeking relief from symptoms of pain and mild inflammation.

In pregnant women, it can be used during the first 6 months of pregnancy, always under medical prescription, as well as during breastfeeding. However, its use is contraindicated in the last trimester of pregnancy.

Apply Voltadol Forte gel twice a day, every 12 hours (preferably in the morning and evening), a small amount of gel on the inflamed or painful local area. Wash hands after each application.

Do not use Voltadol Forte 23.2 mg/g gel:

• In case of allergy to diclofenac or any other NSAID, as well as to the excipients of this medicinal product.
• If you are going to use occlusive dressings.
• On skin areas where other medicines have been applied.
• If the treated areas are exposed to the sun.
• If you are in the last trimester of pregnancy.

Voltadol Forte may cause side effects, as with all medicines, but this does not mean that everyone will experience them. In this case, the following have been observed:

• Frequent: rash, itching, redness or stinging of the skin after using the product.

• Rare and very rare: photosensitivity reactions such as sunburn with itching, swelling and blistering. Difficulty breathing and swelling of the face.

The active substance is diclofenac diethylamine. Specifically, each gram of Voltadol Forte gel contains 23.2 mg diclofenac diethylamine (corresponding to 20 mg diclofenac sodium). The other excipients are: butylated hydroxytoluene (E 321), carbomer, ketomacrogol 1000, cocoyl capryl caprylcaprate, isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, liquid paraffin, diethylamine, oleyl alcohol, eucalyptus essence and purified water.

Voltadol Forte is a whitishgel that should be applied to healthy skin and gently massaged in for better absorption. Wait for the product to be completely absorbed before bathing or showering. It comes in different formats of 100 g and 50 g, both available in our online pharmacy.
