It is a traditional herbal medicine used for the symptomatic relief of localised muscular complaints such as pain and stiffness, sprains, bruises and swelling following a blow.
Comes in a handy 100 ml tube pack.
Suitable for use by adults and children aged 6 years and over.
Apply 2 to 10 cm of gel to the affected area and massage until completely absorbed. It can be reapplied every 4-6 hours.
Do not use Arnicamed Gel:
In children under 6 years of age.
If allergic to any of the ingredients.
During pregnancy and lactation without prior consultation with a doctor.
Like all medicines, Arnicamed gel may cause side effects. In particular, the following common effects have been observed: contact dermatitis, rash, itching, burning, dry skin.
The active ingredients of Arnicamed Gel are: ethanolic extract obtained from fresh Arnica montana flowers. 1 g of gel contains 500 mg of extract, equivalent to 25 mg of dried flowers. The other excipients are: ethanol, purified water, glycerol (vegetable origin) and ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer/VP.
Arnicamed is a topical gel for traditional use with a golden-brown or greenish-yellow colour.
