Tablets for the symptomatic relief of canker sores in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Contains 12 tablets.
It is a medicine used to relieve the symptoms of canker sores. It is formulated with hydrocortisone, an active ingredient that is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties.
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.
Take 2-3 tablets a day, allowing it to dissolve in the area of the lesion. Do not exceed 4 tablets a day.
Do not use Oralsone Adults if you are allergic to hydrocortisone or any of the other ingredients.
Do not use this medicine if you have a fungal infection, either in the mouth or anywhere in the body.
This medicine contains sucrose and lactose, so its use is not recommended in diabetic patients.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: its use is contraindicated.
Like all medicines, Oralsone may cause side effects:
Common adverse reactions: Allergic reactions, Cushing's syndrome (due to a disorder in glands near the kidneys).
Very frequent adverse reactions: acne, skin atrophy, dermatitis, reddening of the skin, fungal infections...
The active ingredients of Oralsone Adult are: hydrocortisone hemisuccinate. Each sucking tablet contains 2.5 mg of hydrocortisone hemisuccinate.
The other ingredients are: sucrose, lactose, Macrogol 4000, magnesium stearate, povidone K-30 and lemon essence.
Oralsone is a white lozenge that has a lemon flavour. Take the minimum number of lozenges to relieve symptoms in the shortest number of days.
Allow the tablet to dissolve slowly at the site of injury, without chewing or swallowing, as it is a locally acting corticosteroid.
