you are allergic or have had an allergic reaction to acetylsalicylic acid or to any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product (listed in section 6),
you suffer from stomach ulcer, intestinal ulcer or repeated gastric discomfort,
you have experienced asthmatic allergic reactions (difficulty in breathing, choking, bronchospasm and in some cases coughing or wheezing) when taking anti-inflammatory medicines, acetylsalicylic acid, other painkillers, as well as the dye tartrazine,
you suffer or have suffered from asthma,
you have nasal polyps associated with asthma that are caused or increased by acetylsalicylic acid,
have haemophilia or other blood clotting problems,
are being treated with oral anticoagulant medicines,
suffer from kidney and/or liver disease (renal and/or hepatic insufficiency),
are under 16 years of age, as the use of acetylsalicylic acid has been linked to Reye's Syndrome, a rare but serious condition,
is in the third trimester of pregnancy.
Gastrointestinal disorders, such as stomach ulcer, intestinal ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, pain in the abdomen, heavy digestion, burning, heartburn, gastric discomfort, nausea and vomiting.
Respiratory disorders, such as difficulty breathing (asthma, bronchial spasm), nasal congestion and rhinitis.
Hives, skin rash, angioedema (swelling and swelling affecting the face, lips, mouth, tongue or throat, which may cause difficulty in swallowing or breathing) and itching.
Hypoprothrombinemia (impaired clotting) when given in high doses.
Reye's syndrome in children under 16 years of age with febrile processes, influenza or chicken pox (see section "Before you start taking Aspirin").
Liver disorders, especially in patients with juvenile arthritis.
Anaemia.
if you suffer from high blood pressure, or have reduced kidney, heart or liver function, or have impaired blood clotting,

if you are taking anti-inflammatory or other medicines as certain medicines may interact with Aspirin 500 mg granulate and produce undesirable effects (see section "Use of other medicines"),
if you are allergic to other anti-inflammatory or antirheumatic medicines,
if you have glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency,
if you have or have ever had rhinitis or urticaria,
if you have recently undergone or are due to undergo surgery, including dental surgery, within the next 7 days,
if you are in the first or second trimester of pregnancy,
do not administer systematically to prevent possible discomfort caused by vaccinations.
Each sachet contains the active substance: acetylsalicylic acid, 500 mg. The other ingredients (excipients) are: mannitol (E-421), aspartame (E-951), sodium hydrogencarbonate, sodium dihydrogenocitrate, ascorbic acid (E-300), citric acid, orange flavouring and cola flavouring.
It is advisable to take this medicine on a full stomach and always take the lowest effective dose. In other words, if the symptoms disappear, it should be discontinued.
It is not recommended for children under 16 years of age and for people with impaired liver and kidney function. We advise you to consult your doctor in advance, as you may need to reduce the dose.
