It is a medicinal solution for cutaneous use formulated with minoxidil, an active ingredient widely used for the treatment of androgenic alopecia, which is the most common type of baldness.

Formulated for adults over 18 years of age and under 65 years of age who suffer from androgenic alopecia.
The recommended dose is 1 ml every twelve hours, i.e. 2 ml per day. It is applied to the healthy scalp, avoiding the product falling on other areas of the body. Wash hands before and after each application.
Do not use Lacovin:
Under 18 years of age and over 65 years of age.
In case of allergy to minoxidil or to any of the components present in this medicine.
If there are wounds, redness, inflammation or irritation in the scalp area where the treatment is to be applied.
If you suffer from circulatory problems or high blood pressure.
Frequent: contact dermatitis, dry skin, oedema, local skin irritation, hypertrichosis, burning sensation and stinging of the skin.
Rare: allergic reactions, eczema, headache and paraesthesia, weakness, dizziness, malaise, neuritis, taste disturbance, eye irritation, impaired vision, otitis.
Very rare: alopecia, patchy hair, changes in blood pressure and heart rate, chest pain.
Unknown frequency: dyspnoea, depression, musculoskeletal pain, peripheral oedema.
Each Lacovin tablet contains 20 mg minoxidil as the active substance. The other excipients are: ethanol, propylene glycol (E1520), purified water.
Lacovin is an easy-to-use medicine that is applied with the fingertips to the area to be treated, massaging from the inside out.
It is important not to exceed the recommended daily dose and to avoid exposure to the sun after application, as this product may increase the photosensitivity of the skin.
