Dinaxil is a scalp solution formulated with minoxidil that stimulates hair growth in people with androgenic alopecia, the most common type of baldness.
It is a drug indicated for the treatment of topical symptoms of male hormonal alopecia.
It is intended for use in adult males over 18 years of age and under 65 years of age. This product should not be used in children or women, unless prescribed by a doctor.
Using the syringe on the bottle, dispense 1 ml of product and apply to dry scalp, morning and night, massaging gently with fingertips. Wash hands before and after application.
Do not use Dinaxil:
- In women or in children under 18 years of age.
- In case of allergy to minoxidil or to any of the components present in this medicine.
- In case of any problem or superficial wound on the skin of the scalp.
- If you suffer from circulatory disease or heart problems.
The most frequent side effects are: dryness, itching, redness, skin irritation, eczema, hypertrichosis (hair growth on the skin in other areas), generally of mild to moderate intensity and reversible when the treatment is stopped.
Other rare side effects are: alopecia, patchy hair, otitis externa due to product entering the ear canal, chest pain, eye irritation and impaired vision, dizziness, headache, numbness in the arms or legs and altered taste.
Each millilitre of solution contains 20 mg of minoxidil as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: labelled ethyl alcohol, propylene glycol and purified water.
Dinaxil is a clear solution formulated with minoxidil, the main active ingredient, which is available in different concentrations. The doctor will determine the concentration and duration of the treatment, and whether it should be complemented with any other product.
