In Europe, tobacco causes 1.2 million deaths annually. In Spain alone, 22% of the population claims to smoke on a daily basis. This not only affects smokers directly, but also causes people who are exposed to tobacco smoke to become passive smokers.
Quitting smoking is not an easy process and in most cases additional help is needed to kick the habit.

Reduce periodically until you reach the half of the spray rate. |
PHASE 3 (weeks 10-12) |
Reduce to 4 sprays per day during week 12. Once you get to 2-4 sprays per day you should stop. |
